Mercedes Castro
Born and raised in Costa Rica, Mercedes brings over 14 years of licensed full time real estate sales experience. Tri-lingual (Spanish-English-Portuguese), she graduated from the University of British Columbia, (U.B.C. Real Estate Division) Canada. Also from the Instructor Training Institute (Florida) and has spent the last twelve years of her life, full time in the field of real estate sales. Mercedes currently sits on the Board of Directors (Vice President) of the Costa Rican Real Estate Association (CCBR)
She is also the Co-Founder of the first and most successful Real Estate Franchise in Costa Rica over ten (10) years ago as RE/MAX First Realty, bringing with her a new level of professionalism and service to Central America. She continues this tradition of service forward with her latest venture First Realty, Central Valley, servicing Escazu, Rohrmoser, Santa Ana, Cariari and surrounding areas.
Larry MarinBorn and raised in Costa Rica, Larry’s background comes from Tourism.
With over 17 years experience in that industry and a B.A in Tourism from the Autonomous University of Central America (UACA), Larry has worked with literally hundreds of people of all races, social levels and backgrounds. He has lived and worked in many countries around the world.
Larry is a polyglot who speaks French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Working in Real Estate is an excellent change for him and he uses his skills honed from his years in dealing with people to successfully create win, win situations between Buyers and Sellers.
