Daniel Ochoa Zurcher

I’m an American–Costa Rican real estate professional specializing in residential and investment sales and rentals. I studied Business Leadership and Real Estate at the University of Alabama, and I earned the CRGAR Real Estate certification in Costa Rica along with Cornell University’s Real Estate Development Certificate.

I began my career in property management and development planning, working on projects throughout Guanacaste and the Greater Metropolitan Area. Those experiences helped me understand the full lifecycle of a project, from design and community integration to long-term value creation. Today, I’ve shifted my focus fully toward sales and rentals, where I’ve found my passion in helping clients make strategic, confident real estate decisions.

I form part of the RE/MAX First Realty sales team, specializing in the areas of Rohmoser, La Sabana, and Punta Islita, Guanacaste. Whether supporting buyers, sellers, renters, or investors, my goal is to combine strong market knowledge with personalized service to deliver clear, trustworthy results.
